Sac Auto Solutions, Inc. Website Terms and Conditions

These Website Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sacautosolutions.net and related online services provided by Sac Auto Solutions, Inc. ("Sac Auto Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Website Purpose

The website provides general information about Sac Auto Solutions, available vehicles, financing options, dealership services, and ways to contact us. Website content is for informational purposes and may be changed or removed at any time.

These Terms apply only to use of the website and related communications. A vehicle purchase, financing, warranty, service, or other transaction is governed by the final written agreements signed by the applicable parties. If these Terms conflict with a signed transaction document, the signed transaction document controls for that transaction.

2. Eligibility and Accurate Information

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to submit a financing application or complete a vehicle transaction through or in connection with the website. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information and not to impersonate another person or submit information without authorization.

3. Vehicle Information, Pricing, and Availability

Vehicle descriptions, photographs, mileage, features, condition, pricing, and availability are provided for general information and may contain errors or change without notice. A website listing is not a binding offer or guarantee that a vehicle remains available. Vehicles are subject to prior sale.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, advertised prices exclude government fees, taxes, registration and title charges, optional products or services, finance charges, and any other amounts permitted by law. Final vehicle details, price, mileage, equipment, condition, and transaction terms must be confirmed with Sac Auto Solutions and will be reflected in the final signed documents. Please contact us before visiting to confirm availability and material vehicle information.

4. Financing Information and Applications

Financing descriptions, payment examples, rates, terms, and calculators are estimates only and are not offers or guarantees of credit. Actual approval, annual percentage rate, down payment, payment amount, term, and other conditions depend on lender requirements, creditworthiness, income, vehicle selection, and other factors.

Submitting a credit application authorizes Sac Auto Solutions and participating finance sources to evaluate the application as disclosed in the application and related authorizations. Submission does not guarantee approval or create an obligation to purchase or finance a vehicle. Additional documents, identity verification, signatures, and legally required disclosures may be required.

5. Trade-In and Vehicle Valuation Information

Any online trade-in value, appraisal estimate, or purchase estimate is preliminary and nonbinding. Final value depends on an in-person inspection, vehicle condition, mileage, history, title status, market conditions, and verification of the information provided.

6. Electronic Communications and Signatures

When you contact us electronically, you consent to receive responsive communications electronically, subject to your communication preferences and applicable law. Electronic communications do not replace any separate consent or disclosure required for electronic records or signatures. You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and telephone number when needed for a requested transaction.

7. SMS and Text Messaging Terms

Program Description

Sac Auto Solutions may offer text messaging related to vehicle inquiries, financing applications, appointment reminders, application or transaction status, documents, payment reminders, secure payment links, service updates, customer support, and, if you separately opt in, marketing or promotional offers. Payment reminders and payment links may be sent for payments required or permitted under a signed contract. They are provided as a convenience and do not modify the contract, change a payment amount or due date, create or extend a grace period, waive a default or late charge, or excuse the customer from making payments according to the contract. If a text message conflicts with a signed contract, the signed contract controls.

Consent

By providing your mobile telephone number and completing the applicable opt-in, you authorize Sac Auto Solutions and its text messaging service providers to send messages to that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology where applicable. Your consent applies only to the message categories described at the point of opt-in.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing a vehicle, obtaining financing, or receiving services. You may choose not to receive marketing texts and may contact us directly at +1 (916) 512-1255.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Sac Auto Solutions does not charge a separate fee for text messages, but your carrier may.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to any Sac Auto Solutions text message to opt out. We will treat other reasonable replies that clearly communicate a desire to stop, including CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or UNSUBSCRIBE, as opt-out requests when received and identified. We may send one final confirmation message. After opting out, you may re-enroll only through a new affirmative opt-in.

Delivery and Carriers

Text delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and agree to notify us if the number changes or is reassigned.

Mobile Privacy

Mobile information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may provide mobile information to vendors that help us operate and support the messaging program, but only for those operational purposes. Our collection and use of information through the text messaging program is also governed by the Sac Auto Solutions Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, servers, systems, or data.
• Interfere with the website's operation or security, including by introducing malicious code or excessive automated requests.
• Scrape, copy, harvest, or use website content or personal information except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity, authority, income, employment, credit information, vehicle information, or transaction details.
• Use the website to infringe the rights of Sac Auto Solutions or another person.

9. Intellectual Property

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sac Auto Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the website. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law and does not limit obligations or remedies stated in a signed transaction agreement.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Sac Auto Solutions and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your material violation of these Terms, or information you submit without authorization.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning these Terms or the website that is not governed by a separate signed agreement will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Sacramento County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website after the revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, Sac Auto Solutions, or others, or to address suspected unlawful activity.

16. Severability and No Waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
